In the footage, we can see a pickup truck suddenly come to a complete stop. It's unclear what caused the truck to stop, in fact when the camera passes the truck, there doesn't appear to be anything in the road.
An almost identical pickup truck behind the first one then has to swerve wildly into the left lane to avoid rear-ending it.
