Cinco De Mayo. It happens every year. And every year there are celebrations all across Texas (and some other nearby countries). But why do we celebrate the 5th of May? Is it Mexican Independence Day? Are we celebrating our fifth jar of mayo for the year? What, exactly, are we celebrating this Saturday?
