What would it feel like to be sitting at a restaurant, waiting for your food, when suddenly a tiny bullet train zooms up to your table and delivers your order?

No waiter, no long wait, just fresh food arriving at top speed. Sounds like something out of the future, right? Well, it’s happening right now at Takara Japanese Restaurant in Fort Worth.

Here’s how it works: You order your food on a tablet, and instead of a server walking over with your plate, a mini bullet train races down a track straight to your table. The whole thing looks like a mix between a sushi restaurant and a roller coaster, making dinner way more fun than usual.

Besides being cool to watch, the train actually makes things faster and easier. Since it takes care of delivering food, servers can focus on other things, like helping customers or making sure orders are right. This kind of setup is already popular in Japan, but for Texas, it’s still pretty new.

Could this be the future of dining? Who knows! But for now, it’s a fun way to get your meal and maybe even impress your friends with some high-speed sushi action. 🚄🍣
