Every time someone posts a video like the one at the bottom of this article, they always stop recording too soon.  Why in the world would you stop filming right in the middle of the action? Keep it rolling.  And would it kill you to walk closer to the action? Sheesh.

Perhaps Had a Job to Get to

If there's one thing I know about cement trucks, it's once that back mixer part stops spinning, you have a limited amount of time before the cement starts to dry.

Maybe that's what's happening here. The driver might have decided the car was cheaper than the cement, and thus the decision was made.
