Winter storms are predicted for Wichita Falls this week. Of course, this means many people are going to freak out and rush to fill their pantries.

I grew up in Kansas. It snows there. Sometimes there are big storms, but for the most part, what counts as a "terrible snow storm" in Texoma is just an average winter storm back home.
