Wichita Falls Strange History with Krispy Kreme Donuts

It has been EIGHT YEARS since Krispy Kreme did their popup party in Downtown Wichita Falls for their anniversary. Hundreds of people got the hookup with free doughnuts all day long. I would have bet anything that after this event that Wichita Falls would have gotten a Krispy Kreme store.

^Me watching the seasons change and still no Krispy Kreme in Wichita Falls. Well folks, that is all about to change because you will soon be able to get Krispy Kreme Doughnuts in Wichita Falls, Texas...at McDonald's.

That's right, the iconic fast food chain will start serving Krispy Kreme Doughnuts in the morning. You will be able to purchase them as single doughnuts or in packs of six. Three flavors will be available. Original Glazed, Chocolate Iced with Sprinkles, and Chocolate Iced Kream Filled. These will start rolling out later this year at select McDonald's. The plan is for every McDonald's to have them by the end of 2026.

Although I wish we were getting an actual Krispy Kreme store. I will 100% be creating my own fat boy meals. Can you take that middle piece of bread out of a Big Mac and put a doughnut in it? I'm not sure if the kitchen will do that for me, but I damn sure am going to be trying once our local McDonald's get some doughnuts. I didn't catch a doughnut in my mouth off the World's Littlest Skyscraper for nothing.
