Jason Aldean is getting a crash course in just how irrational expectant mothers can be when they are in the final stretches of their pregnancy.

On a shared Instagram post, Aldean revealed how his wife Brittany is handling the last few weeks before their son, Memphis, arrives. Spoiler: She's a little edgy.

"Hey. Why you crying," asks Aldean from the driver's seat — to which his wife answers tearfully, "I'm uncomfortable. And hormonal. Leave me alone!"

Adding to the inadvertent humor (which any man who's had a pregnant significant other should be able to appreciate), Brittany punctuates her tears with uncontrollable laughter.

Sorry, Jason. That's how it goes when you're in the third trimester and nearing the finish line. Just go with the ride!

Aldean actually should be no stranger to this rodeo, as he's already a father of two daughters (with his ex-wife, Jessica). Still, all women are different, as we are sure he's figuring out quickly!

The new little man will be the first child for Brittany, and first son for Jason. Baby Aldean is due around "the holidays," after Thanksgiving and before Christmas (estimated Dec. 7). Aldean surprised fans by announcing his son's name in early September, later explaining the unique choice. As it turns out, the singer's love of Elvis was an influence in picking Memphis as his son's name.

“I’ve kinda been infatuated with Elvis since I was a kid, just always watching documentaries and stuff on him,” he says. “It had a little bit to do with that and, honestly, I just wanted him to have something that wasn’t very common.”
