Josh Abbott Band are premiering their "Wasn't That Drunk" lyric video for Taste of Country readers before fans can see it anywhere else.

The Texas-based country band have recently released a new album titled Front Row Seat, and they are currently on tour across North America to promote the project. The project — which was released in November 2015 via Thirty Tigers and debuted at No. 1 on Billboard's Independent Albums chart —  has been praised for songs including "Amnesia," which was selected for Apple Music's Very Best of Country playlist, and "Ghosts," which NPR named as one of their Songs We Love. Entertainment Weekly also selected the album as one of the Top 10 Country Albums of 2015.

The 15-song album features the group's most personal songwriting to date, describing pivotal relationship stages that play out over five cinematic acts. The story gives listeners a "front row seat" to a failed relationship, from the first kiss to how everything fell apart, and ultimately how the characters will move on with their lives.

"Wasn't That Drunk" features a guest vocal from Carly Pearce.

"This song is a sexy collision of modern country, fiddle, and the blending of two unique voices," Abbott says. "Carly brings a flawless presence to the song that shines on top of our band's instrumentation and presentation of this song, written by three writers in Nashville (Emily Weisband, Neil Medley, Matt McGinn). Produced by Dwight Baker, it has all the elements of a song with passion, fire, and charm."
