You Are Being Detained

As the video opens, a young lady is jogging in the direction of the camera, away from the flashing lights of a police cruiser off-camera. She is looking over her shoulder as a lady cop approaches from behind, eventually catching up to her and attempting to detain the young woman.

Get Your Hands Off of Me

A second cop approaches the pair, assumably to help her fellow cop get control over the suspect. At this point, the young lady wrenches away and runs, leaving the cops holding on to nothing but her purse.

Slow and Steady Wins the Race

The remainder of the video is just the two cops jogging behind the lady as she makes her escape at about five miles per hour.

She might as well jog back to the place where the cops dropped her purse because they are never going to catch her at this pace. She looks like she could have run cross country events in high school, so she might be able to keep this jog up for miles.
