The man who posted the video featured at the bottom of this article is doing the Lord's work as far as I'm concerned.

Nothing pisses me off more when I'm traveling than a driver camping out on the left lane. That lane is for passing only. You can literally get a ticket in Texas for holding up traffic in that lane. It's Texas Transportation Code 544.011. I wish cops would focus on this a bit more, because if you travel very much in this state, you realize the left lane abuse is running rampant.

Left Lane is for Passing Only in Texas

So, the guy in the video below is just recording left lane campers, while occasionally flipping the bird to some of the more egregious offenders. That's a good way to get shot if someone goes into a fit of road rage, however. If you really want to tempt fate, do what I do. When I see someone left lane camping for several miles, I get in their lane in front of them and start slowing down ever so slightly. I keep slowing down until they eventually get tired of it and attempt to pass me in the right lane.

That's when I hit the gas and get back up to full speed. Works every time, although I will say that a couple of times, I've had to slow down from 75 mph to about 40 mph before they pass me. That's wild. Like, you really were determined to stay in that lane, huh?

Anyway, don't do what I do unless you're prepared to deal with a road rager, but for some reason, these left lane campers aren't usually aggressive, just kind of clueless.
