Luke Bryan Snags 21st No. 1 Single of His Career With ‘Sunrise …’
Luke Bryan has a huge party planned Monday night (Sept. 10) to celebrate the opening of his new Nashville bar, but he'll also be celebrating his latest No. 1 single. "Sunrise, Sunburn, Sunset" marks the superstar's 21st career chart-topper.
"These guys knocked it out of the park," Bryan admits in a shoutout to "Sunrise" songwriters Zach Cowell, Chase McGill and Ryan Hurd. "You hear that title and so much of it just sticks with you. They painted so many wonderful pictures of youth and young love. This is one of my most favorite songs I’ve ever recorded!”

Hurd even got public props from his loving wife Maren Morris on Sunday (Sept. 9.)
"This GOAT wrote this number one song in the country this week," she writes with a photo of Hurd seated next to an actual goat. "Listening to Sunrise, Sunburn, Sunset in your honor. Now let’s get drunk!"
"Sunrise, Sunburn, Sunset" is the third consecutive No. 1 single from Bryan’s current album What Makes You Country. His tour of the same name is set to run through the end of October, hitting some of the country's most well known stadiums along the way. The fall season will also have Bryan embarking yet again on his Farm Tour 2018.
If that wasn’t enough, Bryan is set to return to the judge’s table alongside Katy Perry and Lionel Richie for the second season on ABC’s American Idol.
