Man Saves Life Using CPR He Learned From Watching The Office
Every now and then I get the idea that I should take one of those Red Cross training classes and learn basic CPR and First Aid. Then there's this guy, Cross Scott, in Arizona who saw a woman passed out in her car. He broke the window to get to her, realized she had only a very slight pulse and knew she needed CPR. That's when his former training kicked in. Not the training he got from the Red Cross, the training he got from watching The Office on TV.
Fortunately for the woman, it was enough to keep her alive until the paramedics arrived. They told him that the outcome could have been a lot different if Cross hadn't done what he had.
Maybe I will take a class from the Red Cross after all.
