Two cowboys on a ride in Houston, Texas recently trotted up on one of the weirdest scenes you can imagine.

What is Going on Here?

The video opens with the narrator/cameraman watching a man chase a woman down the street as she attempts to empty the contents of one of those big green trashcans the city provides to residents of its suburbs.

Judging by the other trashcans turned over plus the amount of trash that can be seen strewn about the road, one could conclude that she has already toppled over several cans and this man is attempting to stop her.

After a brief struggle, the man successfully thwarts her mission to pour more trash on the street.

At this point, the cameraman swings his phone around and reveals a man approaching him on horseback. He appears to be familiar with this gentleman. Hen then pans the camera to the right to reveal that he is also riding a horse!
