Texas Roadhouse Customer Leaves Bartender $1,000 Tip

A bartender at an Odessa Texas Roadhouse recently was shocked when he saw the tip left him by one of the restaurant's regulars.

The $1,000 tip was left last weekend for bartender Jessee Gutierrez, who has been working at the restaurant for four years.

Gutierrez told News West 9 that the tip was left by one of the restaurant's regulars, with whom he's grown friendly with. He said the customer had tears in his eyes when he spoke to him after receiving the tip, and that he said he knows Gutierrez has a wife and an infant at home and that he wanted to make the next couple of months easier on him.
