In the midst of recent flooding in Texas, a really cool of rescue emerged as Trinity County Sheriff's deputies stepped in to save a stranded armadillo.
While these quirky creatures are known for their ability to swim and hold their breath for an impressive six minutes, this little guy found himself in need of a helping hand (or paw) to escape the rising waters. The video below posted by @WeatherNation documents the rescue.
