Texas Tow Truck Caught Towing Car Upside Down on Camera in Shocking Footage
A video is making the rounds today that features a tow truck driver in the Oak Lawn neighborhood in Dallas, Texas, getting his job done regardless of one fairly big obstacle.
That obstacle?
The car is upside down.
Yep, you read that right. The car wasn’t just wrecked. It was flipped onto its roof, and instead of using a flatbed truck or lifting it properly, the tow truck driver just pulled it along like that. Sparks were flying, windows were broken, and metal scraped loudly against the pavement. Someone nearby caught the whole thing on camera, and now that clip is being shared all over social media. So, this can't be the tow truck company's policy, right? That rascal is doing significant damage to the street. I would think this would even be some sort of misdemeanor crime, like destruction of government property or something like that.

So, who’s making sure tow truck drivers follow the rules? While many drivers are trained and do things the right way, it’s clear that not everyone is playing by the same set of rules. The Texas Department of Transportation is reportedly looking into the situation, and more information could come out soon.
