The problem with taking live phone calls during a TV show is that they are LIVE phone calls. You're just inviting someone to step up and make a prank call happen.

Check out this recent prank done live on C-Span. While some prankers try to insult a shows host or say a bad word on the air, this guy took a way funnier route and involved the show that made Will Smith a household name.

He starts out sounding like a normal guy with an issue, but the transition into him actually being the Fresh Prince is perfect.And let's face it, with as boring as C-Span can get, it needed this.
