Today Is National Fried Chicken Sandwich Day

Every day is something special, and it's even better when it's something tasty. Today, Saturday, November 9th, is National Fried Chicken Sandwich Day.

Who makes your favorite fried chicken sandwich? Whataburger? KFC? Popeye's seems to be getting a lot of attention with theirs lately. Maybe your favorite is from one of our local restaurants like P2 or Parkway Grill. Then there's Chick-fil-A, and this being Saturday they're even open today.

Nobody really knows how the fried chicken sandwich came to be, but we're glad it did. It seems the fried chicken sandwich is on almost everyone's menu.
