Violent Storm Slams Montague County, Texas [VIDEO]

Montague County, a rural region in North Texas known for its ranchland and small-town charm, got absolutely throttled by hail and high winds this weekend. You can check out footage from the storm in the video at the bottom of this article.

I actually drove through Montague County yesterday on my way from Wichita Falls, Texas, to Denton to spend time with my family for Easter, and was able to witness some of the damage firsthand. Let's break down the footage.

Montague County, Texas, Suffers Brutal Storm

The video opens with a shot of a lake getting trashed by what is either a tornado forming or a really aggressive whirlwind. Boats are being thrown around like nothing, as other debris fills the air.

The next thing we see in the video is a shot of a parking lot getting pelted with golf ball-sized hail. Those cars don't have a chance, the insurance adjusters are going to be busy in the morning, that is for sure.

Storm Wreaks Havoc in Montague County, Texas

Finally, we get to what is the wildest part of the video. A man can be seen returning his shopping cart in a parking lot as he is getting drenched with rain in a torrential downpour. This man was raised right!
