The incident occurred in  Dallas, Texas, where passersby were treated to the surreal sight of a man dressed as Santa Claus being apprehended by local police. Eyewitnesses described a scene that felt plucked from a holiday-themed sitcom.

Santa got caught slaying… but not in the way you think
