This strange totem was spotted in Utopia, Texas.  Utopia is a tiny town with a population of around 210 and a few miles west of San Antonio in Uvalde County.

The sound you hear during the video isn't a soundtrack the person added later, those sounds are coming from the speakers on that thing.

Apparently, this is the work of rapper/singer Travis Scott. He is releasing an album called Utopia this Friday, and this is a viral marketing attempt for that album. We think it's working because the internet is buzzing about this creepy totem!
