Passersby called the cops when they could hear the child crying loudly from the backseat.

Police were recently called out to a Braums parking lot in Edmond, Oklahoma. Police found Clayton Webber slumped over his steering wheel passed out. According to police, he became confused not knowing where he was when they tried to wake him. Webber had his small daughter in the backseat that a patron of Braums got out of the car while police were called.

Police asked Webber if he was under the influence of anything. Webber allegedly admitted to having consumed alcohol and drugs saying, “I smoked marijuana along with eating edibles. I take Methadone every morning. I drank some beer and I shared a bottle of whiskey with my wife.”

Webber's breathalyzer came back with a .13 rating more than twice the legal limit. He is facing a charge of child endangerment.
