In case you haven't been to Stone Oven in downtown Wichita Falls the past few months, they have been cooking up some unique pizzas. So why not throw some ideas their way.

If you're a fan of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, like myself, you may remember they used to eat some very strange pizzas. Looks like Stone Oven is fully embracing the strange pizza ideas with their recent team ups with some great Wichita Falls restaurants. Also Stone Oven loves the Ninja Turtles, check out the murals on the outside of the building.

So Stone Oven has recently teamed up with McKinney BBQ and Highlander Public House with some very cool pizzas. Their latest this month is with Gypsy Kit. It has Gypsy Kit's Dr. Pepper Pulled Pork and Kimchi Sauce, along with bacon, onions, smoked gouda, mozzarella, and a garnish of cilantro. Sounds tasty, but it got me to thinking about other Wichita Falls restaurants they should team up with. Below are my top five.

    Parkway Grill-Fried Cheese Pizza

Parkway has many delicious items, but their Fried Cheese is a must get every visit. If Stone Oven could somehow do a stuffed crust pizza with the Parkway Fried Cheese, I think we would have a real winner here. Maybe cut those bad boys and spread them over the pizza if the crust doesn't work?

    Samurai-Onion Sauce

Let's face it, when you go eat at Samurai, that onion sauce is in the air. How could you put it on a pizza. Allow some chicken or steak to marinate in that special sauce overnight and throw it on a pizza. I think it could work, it could also be awful. In my brain this sounds good.

    P2-Steak on Garlic

I don't think we can get a Red Draw into a pizza, so let's go with a Steak on Garlic. I think this one's pretty easy. Garlic bread dough and throw some of P2's burger patty pieces on the pizza. BAM done!

    Casa Mannana-Red Taco

Is Taco Pizza a thing? I swear I've had that before. Cook a cheese pizza and then throw all the ingredients from a red taco on top of the pizza. Beef, lettuce, tomatoes, more cheese, and then crunch up the red taco into tiny pieces. This could work, right?

    Willie's Place-Psycho Burger

This maybe one of my worst ideas ever, to get this demon from hell out of Willie's Place. Take the ridiculous peppers they use for that burger and throw them on a pizza. Instead of marinara sauce, the psycho sauce. No one would want to eat this except dumba**es like me. Still, would be an interesting team up.
